VOCATIONAL TRAINING

The NGO has a training center that welcomes young people for training and reintegration. This center offers training in agri-food processing, animal and plant production, as well as computer, secretarial, and accounting skills.

TRAINING IN THE CREATION AND MANAGEMENT OF MICRO ENTERPRISES

Through its training program called "PADES ENTREPRENEURIAL MANAGEMENT ACADEMY" launched in 2020 in partnership with the firm "Congruence Consulting" based in Belgium, young people with innovative and feasible project ideas are selected and trained in business creation and management. Leaving the training with a bankable business plan, they are supported in finding financing and managing their businesses until the loan is fully repaid.
