Our achievements
Some projects in progress and already completed:
-2019-2021 : Program Support for the Fight against Climate Change (PALCC) financed by the European Union (community reforestation and popularization of economical wood and charcoal stoves).
- 2019-2021 : Employment Opportunity for Vulnerable Youth (EJV) through the Agency for Support to Grassroots Development (ANADEB) with funding from the Togolese government and the World Bank.
- 2019-2020 : Ecological Village (ECOVILAGE) with funding from the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development and UNDP.
- 2015-2020 : National Multifunctional Platform Development Program (PN-PTFM) with funding from the Ministry of Grassroots Development, Crafts and Youth and UNDP.
- From 2019 : PADES Entrepreneurial & Management Academy (PEMA) the NGO's own initiative on FADIL (training and financing of young entrepreneurs).
- 2019 : Democracy and Local Governance Program (ProDéGoL) with GIZ and RESOKA
- 2018-2023: Food Security Program (ProSecAl) with funding from GIZ (Introduction of crops with high nutritional values and promotion of good agricultural practices.
- 2017 -2020 : Water And Sanitation Hygien KARA'WASH (Water Hygiene and Sanitation) with funding from the European Union.
- 2014-2020 : Community-Led Total Sanitation with funding from the Togolese government and UNICEF.
- 2015 - 2017 : Sub-project of the Integrated Disaster and Land Management Project (PGICT) called "Community action for better disaster management on the slope of the Tchaa Bouh mountain in Tchitchao". PGICT funds financed by the World Bank.
- 2015 - 2017 : Technical support and guidance for the village committee of Pya Kadjika on the PGICT sub-project called “Community action for the consolidation of biodiversity on the mountain slopes and the sacred forest (Timié laou) of Pya Kadjika.”
- 2015 - 2016 : Adapting Agriculture to Climate Change (ADAPT). Funding from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Hydraulics with part of the funds allocated to the Support for Agricultural Development in Togo (PADAT) project. Implemented by the Kara NGO Consortium for ADAPT, of which PADES is a member.

- 2014 - 2017 : Grassroots Development Support Program (PRADEB) in the Kara region, PRADEB is a program of the Ministry of Grassroots Development, Crafts, Youth and Youth Employment. It is managed at the national level by a coordination, and by PADES in the Kara region: Funding from the Ministry and BOAD.

- 2010-2012 High labor intensity project in Kara Financing from AGAIB –Kara (World Bank Fund).
- 2009-2010 Implementation of the IWRM pilot interventions of the Project for the Improvement of Water Governance in the Volta Basin (PAGEV) in the Kara basin (in the Dankpen prefecture: villages of Koulfièkou, Sékou and Djabignon). This is funded by IUCN/PACO.
- 2004 : Community exchanges for soil restoration and the fight against deforestation in Kozah, with financial support from UNDP.
Since 2002 : Community support for the restoration and protection of the Tchaa Bouh mountain in Tchitchao. This is a program of the NGO PADES in collaboration with the local community.
- 2001 to 2003 : “Wood-Energy” project in the Kara region, a subcontract with CARE-Togo. EU funding from COM-STABEX funds
- In 1999 : Project to support agro-sylvo-pastoral activities in the canton of Kpenzindè, prefecture of Kozah, financed by CARE-Togo, PNAE and EU, of which CARE Togo is the holder.
